  • Arrival Policy: Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals beyond the 30-minute cut-off cannot join the tour.
  • Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled 72 hours before the tour. 50% refund between 72 hours and 14 days. Full refund 14+ days before.
